Subprocessors
Effective 15 September 2026. This page lists the third parties ALIEN SOFTWARE LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Clobber") uses to provide the Service, and what each one does. It is referenced by the Terms of Service and by the Data Processing Addendum.
Every provider below is bound by a written agreement to process data only on our instructions, to protect it, and to meet obligations at least as protective as those we owe our customers.
#Infrastructure
| Provider | What it does | Where |
|---|---|---|
| Amazon Web Services | The machines that run the matching engine and the gateway, the block storage that holds the journal, the archive that replicates it, and the database that serves query side projections | The region each environment is pinned to, chosen by the customer |
| Cloudflare | Serves clobberhq.com and the API documentation, DNS, TLS termination for the public sites, denial of service protection, and cookie free visitor statistics | Global edge |
| Vercel | Hosts the dashboard and the status page | United States |
An environment never spans regions. Customer data inside an environment stays in the region that environment is pinned to, and the journal for that environment is archived within the same region.
The people who administer that infrastructure work remotely, from the United States and from Argentina. They are Clobber personnel rather than a provider, so they are not subprocessors, but the access is a transfer and the Privacy Policy and the Data Processing Addendum say so in those words (privacy section 7, DPA section 11.5).
#Operations
| Provider | What it does | Where |
|---|---|---|
| New Relic | Receives operational logs and metrics from the Service, so that we can detect and diagnose failures | United States |
| Stripe | Processes payments and issues invoices. Card details go directly to Stripe and never reach our systems | United States |
| Google (Workspace) | Email and the correspondence around support requests | United States |
| Web3Forms | Delivers the contact form on clobberhq.com: the name, email address, company and message somebody types there reach us as email. It touches nothing else | Not disclosed by the provider |
The contact form is the one entry here that is not part of the Service: it is a page on our website, it processes what a visitor chooses to type, and no environment, key, order or ledger data reaches it. Web3Forms does not publish the jurisdiction it processes in, and that sentence stays here until it does or until we move the form onto our own infrastructure.
#What none of them receive
No provider on this page receives your market data as a product. The journal, your orders, your trades and your ledger exist inside your environment and its archive, and are handled only by the infrastructure providers above, as storage. We do not send market data to analytics platforms, we do not sell it, and we do not share it with anyone else.
#Changes
We will give at least 30 days' notice before adding or replacing a subprocessor that processes customer personal data. Notice goes to the administrative contacts on each affected Organization, and this page is updated with the new effective date at the same time. If you reasonably object to a new subprocessor on data protection grounds, tell us at [email protected] within the notice period and we will work with you to find an alternative; if we cannot, you may terminate the affected environments and receive a refund of prepaid unused fees.
